Reflecting on the recent publicity concerning the gender pay gap and sexual harassment scandals in Hollywood & Westminster, what should businesses do to address concerns over workplace behaviour and how should they deal with difference and identity?
We have developed a one-day masterclass to address these issues in the world of diversity and inclusion, focusing on the practical realities of identity and the difference in society and the workplace. This masterclass is not designed to teach you the intricacies of human rights or equality legislation, but to give you a broad and practical understanding of some of the key areas.
Throughout the masterclass Dr Chris Bradshaw will present a unique perspective on the realities of managing the modern organisation of all sectors and sizes from the standpoint of inclusive cultures and fair treatment for all employees.
Topics include :
- Race Relations
- Disability Awareness
- Attitudes to gender & sexual orientation
- Religious difference
